1890 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the conditions governing the use of the 1890 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1890 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately and not proceed with account registration.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the 1890 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version of the terms.
The 1890 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are not legally prohibited in their place of residence from using services of this nature. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 1890 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party using your login credentials. 1890 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify the 1890 support team immediately at [email protected]. Users are also advised to use a strong, unique password and to never share it with any other party.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 1890 platform agree not to engage in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the platform, the security of other users, or the integrity of the system. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to manipulate markets, odds, or game outcomes by any means.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or when interacting with the support team.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious financial activity through the platform.
1890 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action without being obligated to provide a detailed explanation to the user concerned.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1890 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are solely owned by them. The platform does not accept deposits from third parties or through accounts not belonging to the registered user.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to 1890's current policies and may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the FAQ section or contact customer support for the latest limit information. All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents before funds are released.
1890 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request suspected to be linked to fraud, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity while an investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no violation, funds will be released within the stipulated timeframe. Deposit refunds can only be processed once all relevant conditions have been met by the user.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
1890 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraud, or acted in a manner that is detrimental to other users or the platform as a whole. In cases of account termination due to a violation, the account balance may be frozen while the investigation is resolved.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1890 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control. 1890's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
All content on the 1890 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1890 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1890. Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that 1890 endorses or is responsible for the content of those websites.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
1890 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
